Participants in the supplemental plans that we offer are encouraged to contact NBC directly instead of the insurance company for all correspondence related to their coverage.

Claims Processing Assistance
NBC Claims Specialists assist each claimant to initiate and submit their claim to the insurance company. We then provide daily follow-up with claimants, doctors and employers throughout the entire claims process until the claim has been paid in full.
This valuable service helps to expedite the claims payment process by ensuring that all claims are submitted completely and accurately to the insurance company.
Ongoing Billing Reconciliation
NBC establishes and manages a billing database and serves as the focal point for all billing activity between the employer and insurance company by tracking terminations, new participants, claimants on waiver of premium and changes each billing cycle.
Most premium payments for our employer clients are set-up and paid through EFT or wire transfer to expedite the premium remittance process.
These billing reconciliation services ensure that all bills remain current and accurate on an ongoing basis and help to avoid future claim payments from being denied because of lapsed coverage due to premium payment discrepancies.
